The doctor cares about the patient’s health and he is very professional.
I left my appointment with Dr. Servin feeling frustrated and unheard. He frequently spoke over me and did not allow me to finish my questions or concerns. The interaction felt very impersonal, almost as if I was speaking to someone repeating the same responses all day rather than listening to me as an individual patient. During the visit, he attributed much of my pain to a previous surgery, saying, “That’s from the surgery you had.” That left me with even more questions that were never answered. The locations is conveniente and very clean, the staff is very nice, professional and took their time to ask and answer questions and concerns. The doctor is courteous and very professional, made me feel comfortable and cared for.
