Awful to deal with. Every time I go there to submit my lab results, it ends up being canceled or inconclusive and I have to end up doing it again.
Very convenient location on the west side, plenty of parking spots, somewhat limited seating places, friendly staff, accepts walk-ins with waiting time varies by time and day (check website for waiting time) and the nurse was so professional to get the blood samples quickly and painless
Not impressed. Walk in didn't have apointment. Was told 1/2 hr wait was well over an hr for my 5 min test. Tek was kind of arrogant. Im hard to get blood from and therefore i use my left hand. Said I should let him try as he was good at it. I said yup you and all the others that end up searching. I know my views and this is what we will do. Will go back over the river to Northside.
