The staff at APL are overworked and undersupplied and they managed to make it work. Helen truly went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly for me. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff.
Thank you Aklima for being so kind and efficient. Anytime I go for blood work they can never find my vein and I end up getting poked 3 to 4 times. Thank you for making my experience so smooth!
I had lots of blood work done here during pregnancy and postpartum, and there was only once with an Indian male nurse that I didn’t get any bruise. I know I have thin blood vessels but I never get any bruise doing blood work in China or in hospitals here. I’d say nurses here don’t do a great job with blood work when you have thin blood vessels. It’s been 3 weeks and the bruises are still visible.
It's really.hit or miss, I had an appointment lost in the system and it's a fasting blood test. Drove an hour and also have a doctor appointment I have to leave for and they won't save my place or even put me to the back of the line..The system just deletes me they said. Hard to do with no coffee!
Had no idea that weekends you need to make an appointment it doesn’t say anything anywhere got child care to be told they couldn’t do it. There is no empathy at all and super frustrating.
