I highly recommend booking an appointment with a young Filipino nurse named: Aberdean. Her blood-drawing technique is very skillful, delicate, and professional. Thank you , Aberdean. You're the best.
I had blood work done and instead of the tech pulling the needle straight back, like any tech does, they angled it UP and yanked it out. Was extremely painful, and my vein is now bruised and could possibly be damaged. When I reported to management, I was dismissed and told they would talk to the tech, but management never asked my name, or who the tech was. Extremely disappointed. Go elsewhere if possible. And speak up for yourself if anything like this happens. I will be filing a formal report regarding my experience.
So fast. In and out
The technician FAILED to do half of the tests my doctor requested!!! The consequences of this resulted in a visit to urgent care and lost time at work!
I had a great experience here yesterday! I had to take my 6 month old to get some blood work:( But fortunately they were amazing here, 2 nurses helped with the blood work. And my son didn’t even cry! If you have a baby you can walk in and have no wait at all!
