Carpet Cleaning Tough one to review. We have been dealing with these guys for 4 or 5 years now. If you get Mike you are going to have a solid 5 star job with zero complaints. If it's not Mike you are going to be sadly disappointed. Dryer Vent Cleaning We have used Alberta Home Services (AHS) exclusively in the past for furnace cleaning. However, we recently booked a dryer vent cleaning and had a terrible experience that compromised the safety of our family. After the vent cleaning was completed, our dryer got exceptionally hot and blew the heating element. The dryer repair cost hundreds of dollars and was a result of a plugged dryer vent which was just cleaned by AHS. Furnace and duct cleaning We needed a complete furnace and duct cleaning after a sewer backup. Cassie and Sarah arrived promptly and did a phenomenal job cleaning out ducts and sanitizing our 3 furnace system. They also got debris that had not been removed properly after a recent renovation and gave us pointers on how often we should get things done. We were really happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to call them again.

Duct Cleaning / Hot Water Tank Installation Alberta Home Services did furnace and duct cleaning at my place in Apr 2017. The two technicians that day said that I should replace the hot water tank as well and they could book an appointment for me. I agreed. After the furnace and duct cleaning day, there was a gas leak because the furnace valve was broken. Great, clean, and punctual service. 450 for our service. 23 vents, dryer duct, new humid filter, with a/c bypass. This is our second time using this service. Orville is our repeat technician, and his partner was also very good. Both employees were very clean, polite, and did not pressure any extra purchases, we only got what we needed and asked for. The company uses corner protectors, remove their boots/shoes. Great overall service and experience.
