Very good, gave me good information. Showed concern for me as his patient. We have a positive follow up plan.
Staff unprofessional & unconcerned about patients. Dr. is rushed & will only look at one problem per visit. Took me 2 months to get staff to agree to give me an appointment. I do not trust Dr. Maar's judgment in any aspect.

Horrible wouldn't recommend to a ghost
I came to ask for help with my knee, and they did my X-ray! He even didn't look my x-ray and told me that you can't tell what the problem! Why then you did it!!? To charge me money!? Told me that I need MRI!!! Later he saved my x-ray so that another doctor can not find it! And they have been going to do X-ray again!!! To expose me to radiation again!! They charge me money and told me that it is nothing wrong with my foot!! ( I came with foot problem and knee problem) Avoid him!
Dr. Marr is an experienced surgeon and competent doctor. He has a friendly personality. He explains everything in understandable terms, and describes what to expect . I found all of the staff to be helpful and efficient. I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Marr and they all have scheduled surgery dates. Judy Lechner Southport
He is the only good doctor left at Orthowilmington. Really listens and gives solid treatments. I am a super complicated case. He works around my nerve damage like no other. Give him time. He always works his way up from least intrusive treatments. He has never failed me
