Left this appointment very unsatisfied. I asked to see my X-rays which had just been taken. They could not be brought up on the computer in the room I was in. I asked to be moved so I could see them. Dr Marr said he saw them and rather than make sure he showed them to me as requested so he could share what he saw, I felt he rushed on. He preformed an ablation on my ankle. I asked for my X-rays on a disc before I left. He did not remove all fluid and I am uncomfortable today. Ankle bone still swollen and warm.
Dr. Marr was understanding and helped me in a timely manner. He is straight forward and I have no problem with that. I think his surgery talents are spot on.
My experience was terrible. The day of my surgery I didn’t see Dr Marr before or after the surgery and I’m not sure he even did it ,his PA could have done it for all I know . My foot started turning black Under the two ties that were butchered and when I went to his office about it I was told he was in surgery and there was no one there that could look at it . I finally got to see his PA two day’s after and he could care less what was going on with my toes. I would not go back to him if her were the last doctor in Wilmington... read more
Dr. Marr and his team were prompt and professional. Dr. Marr processes a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. I appreciated his direct approach in answering my questions and concerns. My only piece of advice would be to have the support team try to connect on a personal level, which I know may be difficult during these unusual covid-19 times ~
Excellent
I highly recommend Dr. Marr & his staff. I was having stabbing neuropathic pain radiating from the middle of the foot down through my great toe. On the pain scale of 1 to 10 it was an 11. My joint space and its mobility was basically non-existent as I also had a developing bunion. On my visit with Craig Johnson, his PA, and Dr. Marr, they were in agreement that a metatarsal fusion and bunionectomy will fix the problem. Since I couldn't bend the great toe in the joint where it connects to the foot, I wasn't going to lose any ... read more
Zero bedside manner. Pompous, arrogant, and intransigent. Look elsewhere. Wonderful group at Emerge just not him
Dr Marr was very very polite and engaged in my concerns. I left with a sense of relief because I knew I was in great hands, with a “game plan” in place!
He’s too busy- never remembers me or my issues and never take time to listen
