So I'm suppose to be a new patient, I have been calling everyday to see if there is any cancelations. Yesterday I called like I usually do and they put me on hold. Someone picked up the line and said, "please leave a message after the beep. BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!" They started laughing and put me back on hold. Extremely unprofessional and I'm suppose to be a new patient. Big time pass! I called today and of course they didn't have anything. Dr. Lyon and staff always make me feel comfortable and at ease whenever I have an appointment. They explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions with patience and care. They are amazing.
Don’t become a new patient here. You’ll always wait 3 hours plus past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. It’s ridiculous. They think it’s okay to keep you waiting and spend your whole day here like you don’t have a life and things to do
Staff is amazing! Doctor Lyon is awesome! The service is great in and out had my appointment at 3pm was out by 3:45pm which I think is great , the staff is actually very friendly and helpful as well as him! Changing obgyn was the best choice I did!!!! 10000% recommend this facility!
