I was literally abandoned by Dr. Chow as soon as it was clear that my healing for my rhinoplasty wasn’t going well. This is clear medical negligence when he botches someone. My nose is deformed and he doesn't have an ounce of empathy. Appointments felt consistently rushed, as if I’m being treated like cattle, in and out. Had an eye surgery botched, I wanted a crease way higher, but instead, over the course of a couple months, the height of the new crease dropped back down to where it was originally - money wasted. But now I can never get what I want - my scar from the cut is too low, and any revision to make my crease higher would show the scar. I love seeing Dr. Chow. I've had a few ENT procedures with huge cosmetic benefits. We talk like normal friendly people. He's completely down to earth, a good listener, and absolutely humble about his insane triple certification training and elite skill level. He's the best surgeon I've ever known, by far, in both professionally and interpersonally.
I had an excellent experience with Dr.Chow and his staff. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Dr.Chow. I am very satisfied with the results and appreciate all his time with follow up visits to make sure everything is perfect.

I chose Dr. Chow because of his qualifications, and when I spoke to his team, they were so warm and helpful with my process. They communicated heavily to me about the procedure, and repeated information for me when I asked. Dr. Chow is very warm and welcoming. The environment is very relaxed and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow and his team.
Overall my experience here with Dr. Chow has been the best he always makes times for his patients and both Jennifer and Patsy made me feel very comfortable and are just overall so helpful if I ever decide to get any procedures done in the future i would definitely choose Dr. Chow
Surgery isn't a small thing and so we all take our research on doctors very seriously. I'm grateful to have come to Dr. Chow for my breast augmentation surgery - the full-process (from consultation to post-visits) have been comfortable and overall nothing short of the best. And I'm so happy with my decision and Dr. Chow's work - my friends have already asked me to refer them.
The staff and the doctor were just absolutely the best personnel I have ever experienced in my life. Very caring, friendly and compassionate.
