On February 25, 2026, I did an over the phone visit seeking a referral to a non surgical specialist. The physician immediately shut me down. It was related to my diagnosis, I simply wanted to learn more. He was extremely unprofessional, I even had to speak up and tell him he was not listening to my medical concerns. I am extremely disappointed with Kaiser, we pay so much for KP insurance, at the very least Kaiser should make medical care more accessible to members.
This doctor is a joke and unprofessional. If he’s your primary doctor, I suggest you change it asap! Even his staff is happy someone is finally reporting him.
