I originally liked this doctor, but then he discharged me from his practice after I became homeless when my parents died and couldn’t make appointments due to this. He ripped me suddenly off pain medication before bladder removal as well. Do not see this doctor if you are in poverty, homeless, or really dealing with any hardship.
When I was first referred to Dr. Leonardo in 2019, I didn’t know what to expect from the visit. For some reason, I thought palliative care addressed pain only. I was very wrong! I was completely impressed with Dr. Leonardo and his nurse from my very first appt. Every possible side effect related to my medical condition was either asked about and/or addressed.
