I called for a service. A check and cleaning. Enrique came and realized that this service would be excessive considering my own cleaning routine and that the unit had no problems. After speaking with his supervisor they said they would be happy to service this unit if I have a problem in the future but the service call I asked for, and fee of $204. was not appropriate for this unit. I'm only filling this out because Albert Nahman solicited my review twice now for a job they didn't do. I was just going to forget about it but fine here's my review. The dude who showed up at my house was great. He knew what he was talking about, and helped me understand the work that would be involved. I knew from research, and he confirmed, that the part I needed was ~$700, and the work would take less than an hour, exterior of the house, ground level. They quoted me at $2800. Our technician Christopher was amazing. Very thorough and helpful. We had a gas leak. Fire department said it was from the dryer. He checked and checked and double-checked. Couldn’t find a leak there. Went through all the other connections in the house and found it by the stove. I appreciate his initiative. Albert Nahman is a bit pricey but the benefit is that they are able to come out for emergencies and address the problem.

We've used this company in the past with good results. Today's service visit, by Sean Salas, was especially satisfying because we avoided a big bill! Our hot water went out, I assumed we needed to repair or replace the heater, but as Sean started on his well-honed checklist of things to look into, we found that the auto shutoff valve for the gas valve have been triggered. The service call bill was minimal, and we'll call on Sean-- and his company ---again.
