To my surprise, on the morning of Memorial Day, my toilet overflowed, but I was thankful that I was a few steps away and avoided any damage to my floor and ceiling below! I have a repair ongoing with Nahman plumbing. The technicians themselves have been helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled. No complaints about the technicians whatsoever. Communication from the office, however, has been utterly pathetic. I have always had to call them for scheduling when follow-up was promised, and trying to figure out when your technician will arrive is like pulling teeth. I want to say that at first it was confusing with the AI answering service as I thought it was a live person, but seconds later I understood and was able to make my request. I was lucky to have someone come out the same day to view my drainpipe problem. I was happy to have the technician sign me up on the spot for the membership. I was equally happy that the technician had everything needed to complete the job. I called Albert Nahman on a recommendation from my neighbor. I’m so happy I did. Israel was my technician. He was very professional he came to my house in a timely manner, gave me a fair estimate, then he was back the next morning to do the work. He showed up on time. Got the job done in approximately two hours left his work area very clean. I would definitely call this company again. And I will be asking for him to do the work.
