I discovered a leaky pipe underneath my kitchen sink. I had just received a coupon for Albert Nahman Plumbing in the mail and decided to call. They were able to get me an appointment the following day. Billy Vasquez Reyes arrived in the first 30 minutes of my 4 hour window. That was a pleasant surprise! Billy was very nice, quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it. He was also very nice to my dog that was eager to help with the process. I will definitely call them with any further plumbing needs!

The staff who came out was professional. However, the price was over the top 2 hour job labor close to $1100 well over $500 an hour. A lawyer doesn’t pay that much. So no thank you. The part $1100 and the part online $546 and Amazon $529 they tried to charge $1200. Are you serious? The staff said you can buy your own part and just pay for the labor. I explained most contractor do not allow because if the part is bad they don’t want the blame.

We had Salvador come out to our property to check out why our hot water heater was putting out brown water. Salvador flushed out the water heater and after determining what was going on and explaining our options, I decided to change my water heater. Salvador was able to replace the water heater the same day and explain how everything worked. He exceeded our expectations and was professional and personable. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you again for your services.

They were incredibly responsive when I reached out with an urgent issue, and they managed to get a technician out to our business right away.
