I will never again call Nahman plumbing. For years, they were the go to plumber. They were always a bit more expensive but they had exceptional plumbers and their work was good. Not anymore. We used them for over 25 years. Albert sold the business a few years back and most of the key people left. Why? Because they put all the plumbers ON COMMISSION. COMMISSION. I've been a repeat customer for the past two years, bringing my 100 yr old house up to date. Most recent project was a re-pipe of my kitchen drain line: Jared was my field supervisor, and Moises and Sergio did the install. My entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. To begin with they made it sound as if they would be doing the diagnostic work in regards to finding a leak, which they actually sub out at a very high rate, $530 per hour per technician. They scheduled the job for a Tuesday and the field salesman told me the company had rescheduled, but the office said they never had a record of the job being scheduled. While they came out quickly the first time, and the technician was very nice and professional, I’ve been waiting days for a follow up. They were not able to resolve the issue, saying I needed a jetter to come and clean out my lateral. I’m still waiting for any information regarding an estimate or schedule and in the meantime cannot use my toilet or shower. I called twice and sent one email to follow up and was told they couldn’t promise when I’d get the info because they didn’t want to set an unrealistic expectation. Needles... read more

Our technician Christopher was amazing. Very thorough and helpful. We had a gas leak. Fire department said it was from the dryer. He checked and checked and double-checked. Couldn’t find a leak there. Went through all the other connections in the house and found it by the stove. I appreciate his initiative. Albert Nahman is a bit pricey but the benefit is that they are able to come out for emergencies and address the problem.
