I have a repair ongoing with Nahman plumbing. The technicians themselves have been helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled. No complaints about the technicians whatsoever. Communication from the office, however, has been utterly pathetic. I have always had to call them for scheduling when follow-up was promised, and trying to figure out when your technician will arrive is like pulling teeth. I called Albert Nahman on a recommendation from my neighbor. I’m so happy I did. Israel was my technician. He was very professional he came to my house in a timely manner, gave me a fair estimate, then he was back the next morning to do the work. He showed up on time. Got the job done in approximately two hours left his work area very clean. I would definitely call this company again. And I will be asking for him to do the work.

To my surprise, on the morning of Memorial Day, my toilet overflowed, but I was thankful that I was a few steps away and avoided any damage to my floor and ceiling below! Even though the water had stopped rising, I was nervous about using the toilet the remainder of the day and the entire night, and wanted a plumber to troubleshoot and make sure there were no major issues, including having to buy another toilet! My plumber little Sal was very nice and courteous he got the sink unclogged and It works great now. He was supposed to send me an estimate for fixing the kitchen sink pipes and the whole house pipes but I haven't received that yet. He is a great plumber though.. Thank you... hopefully I will get the other estimate soon. Thank you Liz M
