Sal came a little early but had phoned first to make sure I would be there. We looked at the problem with the stormwater drain in back yard. He gave me an estimate and showed how it was calculated. It was a fair price for the length of my line which was over 100 feet. I approved, he got his water jet tools and started clean where water was running over the gutters at one drain spout. After I discovered a leak in the drainage pipe underneath my kitchen sink, I made a service appointment with Albert Nahman. I selected Albert Nahman because I frequently see their service vehicles in my neighborhood. (The plumbing service I previously used -- and valued highly -- seems to have relocated out of the area.) The service technician, Deandre Perkins, arrived on time and quickly analyzed the scope of work and the parts needed. This company has taken a dramatic turn for the worse since they were sold last year. They now don't even honor there own warranty policy. Plus they have become way overpriced now compared to other providers. I had a failing shower faucet which they inspected and advised it required a new cartridge. This was a job that was required about one hour of work and the service charge was an astonishing $763, not including the cost of the replacement cartridge. Great service from Albert Nahman plumbing in Berkeley. Charles Williams did the work. Great job. Two tricky jobs fixing a water knock problem and the other a leaking bath. All the work was done very well and fast. 100% service. I’m a previous customer for plumbing and new AC so I know that Nahman plumbing does great work. Highly recommended

Once again, Albert Nahman has exceeded my expectations. I placed a call for help when I found water under my sink and was given a same day appointment. The technician was well within the appointment window, capable, personable and cleaned up thoroughly. What a relief to have the situation resolved quickly.
