Strike 2 for this management company. My HOA rep does not work on Friday. How nice! Given to another rep. who of course does not answer the phone and of course sent an email and received no response. Had a HOA issue related to construction. Asked for some assistance was sent a page from the CCR's. Asked for clarification of the information in the CCR's. Never heard back from anyone at Albert. Not very professional. Like most management firms their only interest is to make sure you pay your HOA fees.
Called to remove a do not process they placed on my address. Nobody could help me, nor could they give me the phone number for the person who supposedly could help me. Avoid at all costs.
