I thought you were supposed to be reviewing the Dr not his receptionist. 4 reviews and still NO HELP. I left a GREAT DO in AZ and am looking for one here...
Well i do agree with the previous post, as far as dr. mitchell being more verbal. i also believe researching your own symptoms and asking questions is ALWAYS the best method. Also neurology is such a broad area of the medical science field. To tell you the truth most people who are diagnosed with neurological problems, are because of what they have told the doctor .....not what they found in testing the actual people...and i like Janice...... and the little doggie thats there sometimes..he keeps my one year old busy
First let me say, JANICE IS AWESOME! She works very hard. Shes very efficient and, when I think of all she does all by herself, I appreciate her even more. I went in to see Dr. Mitchell for an EMG because of cramping of my hands and wasting of a muscle in my hand. He had very little to say and he was listening to the radio the entire time he did my EMG. I would have liked to have had more information--such as what would he suggest I do about the symptoms...what type of doctor I should consult if not a neurologist...which dir... read more
JANICE DOESNT CALL AND REMIND PEOPLE OF THEIR APOINTMENTS AND THAT IS HER JOB IS TO CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES...DUH. HER PEOPLE SKILLS NEED IMPROVING AS WELL AS HER SENSE OF HUMOR, A ROCK HAS MORE PERSONALITY THAN HER. I AGREE WITH THE FIRST PERSON THAT JANICE SUCKS.
Janice is a wonderful asset to Dr. Mitchell. My husband and I think Janice is a "jewel". If it wasnt for her I dont know how we would have been able to afford his Rebif. She contacted our insurance company and arranged for a small copay for the medication. We cannot thank her enough. She goes the extra mile for us as Im sure she does for everyone else. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PERSON PROBLEM IS WITH JANICE BUT I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND HER VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HELP FULL AND EFFICE. SHE ALWAYS CALLS THE DAY BEFORE TO LET YOU KNOW THA YOU HAVE AND APPOINTMENT SHE WILL ALWAYS HELP YOU IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT.I FOUND HER TO BE PLEASENT AND COURTEOUS THIS AND SHE RUN ALL THE FUNTIONS OF THE OFFICE.
