Purchased a microwave from Albert Lea of Tacoma. Granted, it was about 10-15 minutes before the warehouse closed. The salesman told me that he would call them and that they would wait for me as I would be about 5 minutes late to pick it up. When I pulled up to the Warehouse office a couple minutes after 6:00, guys were walking out the door to leave. I go into the office and the only guy remaining had the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen in customer service. He said his guys leave at 6:00 sharp and wouldn't stay a minut... read more
