I use this clinic for my primary care, and feel so fortunate that we have it in Albert Lea. From the office staff, lab techs, X-ray people, nurses, to PA Connie, all are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring and get back to calls promptly. My wife is a nurse, and we both are very confident trusting my health matters to the staff here.
Tried to get extra help for my dad and it was very difficult to get ahold of the social worker. I was told the VA makes it difficult for people to access benefits, which I’m starting to believe. Disappointing
Easy to locate and follows the rules. We are fortunate to have a well equipped VA clinic in our rural community .
Best VA clinic I have ever been to. Personable, friendly staff from receptionist to Med techs & Dr. Very compassionate, make you feel cared about not just as a patient but as a person. I found my permanent home for.my medical needs. Thank you.
