I am not sure the previous reviewers comments regarding staff as the staff was wonderful when I was there. Dr Wong himself took his time and was excellent in discussing my skin conditions. I would recommend.
UPDATE: The lady at the front is finally gone! And Dr. Wong could not have been more apologetic about what happened. This is a hard review for me to give. Let me start by saying Dr. Wong is a very good doctor and a very nice person and that is the ONLY reason for any star. But the incompetent stuff he has working for him on the other hand, well where do I start? Let's start with the scheduling. Dr. Wong was able to see me shortly after my hospitalization. Although the wait time in the lobby was long, it is worth waiting. Dr. Wong took the time to listen to all my concerns, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood. That is much preferable to the typical doctor visit where one might be rushed through, prescribed, and moved out. Assuming that Dr. Wong is this attentive to each of his patients, again the wait is worth it. As someone that "hates going to the doctor", this is the best experience I've ever had.
