They cancelled my appointment day of, through text, 3 minutes before my appointment. They previously confirmed my appointment at 8am. I arrived and called them because the reception desk was empty. I knocked on the door and eventually someone came out to tell me they called me to cancel earlier. Shortly after that interaction, I received a text message to notify me of the cancellation.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!! They have horrible customer service and they do not take care of their patients the way they should by industry standards. They have horrible record keeping and billing as well. There is no one to take a call for a general question and after months of trying to obtain records and bills I had to fight through their automated system to get a live person and then that person was rude and a "gum popper" only to get to a supervisor who says this facility is like that all the time. very poor service , especially in the reception , never show respect , also the doctor forgot to order the prescription and I had to remind her , one more thing when we wanted to sign a paper work by the doctor , they gave us many fake appointments then we found out that the lost our form so we had to drive back to get another one , i don't recommend anybody for this center
