If I could rate this business lower I would. Albert sold me a 4 ton GOODMAN heat pump. It is an inefficient, energy guzzling, low quality, extremely noisy rattletrap. A LOUSY piece of junk doesn't even begin to describe it. Albert KNEW I requested a HIGH efficiency unit. Instead, he provided a low efficiency unit which he most likely bought at a closeout to increase his profit.
