Dr Furtado has always treated me well over the past two years; however, twice he has made an appointment to see me, but has not been at his office when I arrived. He called and apologized the first time and reset the appointment. I hope he will do so again, this time, as I really like the quality of dental care that he gives me. It is only the questionable way in which he honors his appointments that bothers me!
