The office manager janae is the most rude and disrespectful lady ive ever come in contact with!!! I ordered contacts several months ago from them and was told they would be delivered to my address. Over a month went by and I still didn't receive my contacts! I called and spoke with her and notified them I haven't received the contacts that I have already paid for. She proceeded to tell me it was on the us postal service it wasn't their responsibility etc etc. Made it out as if its my fault I haven't received my contacts yet!... read more
Dr. Franklin and staff are professional & friendly. He takes time to thoroughly exam you and explains results. Recommend!!!
Dr Franklin is a caring and straight to the point eye doctor. Nice office. Staff is nice. He listens to your concerns and is very thorough. Will definitely continue service with him.
Everyone at the office was super friendly and nice. Dr Franklin was great and did a much better job at getting my prescription right. Definitely recommend and will be back!
