BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! i asked to speak to Dr. Saing before I made an appointment for surgery. I had been to his office twice before. They have a subhuman miserable office manager that says Dr. Saing does not talk on the telephone. I said I have a simple question that needs to be answered before I come in for surgery.
