I have been waiting 2 weeks for test results 🤦♀️ and forget about calling, I was told a message was left for the doctor still no call back. Leaving a voicemail message still no response and they don’t answer the phone even when scheduling transfers you directly to the office. I need a new OBGYN
little to no response time especially during a pregnancy, their inconsistent with OBYN you’ll never have a direct one to reach out to for any questions comments or concerns, your portal tells you whats going on with your health before a physician does . No one calls you back when you leave a message not a on call dr or OB if your pregnant i would highly recommend being seen else where.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was 5 minutes late and they told me the doctor left AT ELEVEN AM this place is not worth your time or effort! Find a different OBGYN
I have read alot of reviews and mine experience is totally different. I have been a patient at Einstein since 2001 and I have had some excellent doctors. I took a star off because I do agree about the receptionist area, at times, I have heard or seen rudeness from maybe 1 of them, but I can't say all of them but as for that, I have not had a bad experience with the receptionist area.
