Pros: Very Professional and Friendly There is one wonderful receptionist. Others are not so much. Clean facility Cons: Doesn't take insurance Watch out for the anesthesiologist which is a 3rd party and not included. If he is not on your plan, then you will receive a separate bill from his firm later. I was surprised by this and received an invoice for almost $1,000.00. I thought that the office would be cognizant and use an anesthesiologist covered by my policy.
Started 45 min. late, didn't answer any of my questions, wanted to rush to the exam room then schedule the scope test. I think his staff knows how he is, they were very apologetic regarding his demeanor. He then wrote a very obnoxious letter to my doctor, lying to him how I cancelled many appointments. I cancelled zero appointments and never scheduled a followup nor would I. He did have his staff call me multiple times to try to schedule a follow up which I refused.
