Dr Knapp is a highly skilled, brilliant well-trained endoscopist, and gastroenterologist. He is also a caring physician.
Superb physician and outstanding humanitarian

Dr. Knapp is a top notch physician. As well as being a consummate professional, he is a very kind and caring doctor. He spends as much time,as you need, answering questions and explaining procedures and conditions. He is always available to talk by phone as well. This is one dedicated doctor! He and his wonderful staff are always a pleasure to see.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Knapp and his staff. Extremely attentive, compassionate and always responsive. From a medical perspective, he is an excellent diagnostician and the physician whom I rely on most.
Not bad but is obviously an aging doctor who is growing disinterested in providing the best care he is capable of.
Very dishonest in billing practices, tried to bill the insurance company an extra $19,000 and harassed my company over the insurance company not paying. The anesthesia was never mentioned and received a bill for over $5000 two years later.
DR. KNapp was the third physician with a speciality in liver diseases I consulted over a 6 week period. ONly he had me have the correct diagnostic tests that would enable anyone to reach the proper diagnosis. MY initial consult was on a Tuesday and our final consult , the following Tuesday. DIagnosis and treatment plan presented and implemented on the same day. THe singular negative is that he does not accept Medicare. LIke many other outstanding physicians. , He has opted out.
