I couldn’t go for office visit for some reason what happened is he stopped refilling my medication. He didn’t care about the risk of stopping blood pressure and diabetes medications In my life I didn’t see a primary care doctor who act that way. He is not professional at all he cares only about the money. He pushed me to drive 30 minutes to have my bl. Work done in his office although I have a lab just 2 minutes away from my home
Visited Dr. Mousa Wednesday 11/3/2021 Arrived 25 Min. before my appointment Office was almost Full Staff went above and beyond to finish all paperwork, got me insurance authorization, over the phone all was done in less than 10 min. Receptionist was very helpful, polit and professional and made my visit an enjoyable one thanks Dr. Mousa
We didn't visit Dr Moussa. He was in charge of my Mother's in law case while she was hospitalized this year in Rarytan Bay medical center Old Bridge. He is not just an amazing and knowledgeable Doctor. He is a real and kind human being who coordinated her treatment with the various specialists and helped save her life with God's grace when almost no one believed she will make it.
Your front staff is horrible I went there got my blood work done ask lady about my blood work and what that meant she said she didn't know so I think you should hire people that know what they doing an office manager is very rude unprofessional
Dr. Moussa is a great doctor. He's very friendly and makes personal time with his patients. This unfortunately leads to not getting into appointments on time. The down side is waiting up to an hour to get in and dealing with his very ignorant staff. Particularly, Mary. She is the reason I left. I tried one day to get my sister an emergency, same day, doctor appointment, and she gave me a very rude and non-professional attitude about it. I haven't been back since. However, my mom still goes. :)
Very experienced doctor I would recommended , great friendly staff .
He ihas the caring of my problem to listen and have you understand that what is happening. Answers. you to help you to help yourself. A true person to be recognized as DR. A. Moussa. Takes your worries AWAY. J.M.N.a patient. The STAFF IS GREAT TOO.
