Hello Management Team, I am looking to relocate to the Baltimore area this October. I called your apartment community from another state to inquire about apartments in the Baltimore area. The customer service I received today was horrible. The leasing agent I spoke with today was very extremely rude and her customer service was very poor. I recently made a call and the lady who picked up was very rude. I usually dont leave reviews but the lady gave me an attitude for asking a question about the available dates for the property I called. I dont think they want to do a showing cause she seemed irritated that I called. BEWARE !
Called ahead a few weeks ago with interest, hoping to schedule an appointment to view an apartment. I received no response via voicemail so I decided stop in today. The leasing office is not visible from a moving car. I had walk around to find it. The grounds look nice. When I arrived at the leasing office I rang the bell on the intercom several times and received no response.
I also got no response. Attempted to reach the rental office with no return call.
This deserves no stars!!! Beware !!!This place is a joke!! I applied last year and my name finally reached the top of the list so I came in to fill out an application (July 3rd) and submit all the information required. Since my first visit I constantly got the run around and no one could give me a rent amount! Even after I was given a move in date of August 1st even gave me an address , still no rent amount!!!!!
