I went in as I just moved to Elizabeth city and asked about transferring over and was told they probably don’t have room for me here as they had to many veterans already but gave me the paperwork to fill out. So now I’m afraid If I try to transfer to this location I won’t get any appointments
I drove 2.5 hours each way to the Elizabeth City clinic for a required blood draw. The lab was closed. The website says the facility is open until 1630; no mention of different hours for the lab. Five hour round trip and $60 of gas for nothing. Thanks for the support VA.
I arrived at clinic at 1:58pm to have lab done. I didn't know lab closed at 3. Thought I wouldn't have labs drawn even though I'd driven about 90 miles to there. However labs were professionally drawn
I've been coming here for over seven years and I have no complaints. They are always cheerful, helpful and professional. I'm glad they are here.
