Staff has always been helpful.
Never answer the phone's attitude problems and Dr Bratton does not even try to help you and calling patient advocate with a problem is a waste of time

My wife had an appointment here and all the doctor did was make her uncomfortable, talk down about her weight being still postpartum, and made her cry unnecessarily. She built up alot of courage going to the appointment herself knowing that she's had nothing but bad doctors telling her she shouldn't feel the way she feels. Treat your patients better. Treat PEOPLE better. It costs nothing to apply even the smallest amount of empathy to a conversation, whether it be at work or in a social setting.
