We had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Pam. She was so sweet and listened to what we wanted in a style. My son had past shoulder length hair and we were going for an "Eric Matthew's." My 10 year old grew his hair out for over a year and he was very attached to the length, but it was time for a cut. He LOVES it. The Barbershop is nothing short of amazing. Roy exceeded every expectation—he took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure each haircut was absolutely perfect, even made some cool designs for the kids. More than that, he made the entire experience fun for the kids, which is not easy to do. Roy is awesome, been cutting my hair for a long time. One of the only people my 9yr old ADHD son will let cut his hair! I don’t know when they close but I’ve seen him and his crew stay late, until everyone waiting was seen! I’m sure you can find someone cheaper but it’s worth a few extra bucks to have someone not mess yo head up!

Roy at Albany’s Northside Barber Shop did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. He really took his time, listened to what he wanted, and the result was exactly what he asked for. We’ll definitely be back!

Can never go to another barbershop in town! Roy always knows exactly how I want my hair and is always ready to help as many people walk through the door. Great atmosphere and staff.
