Choose a different sleep center. We waited 5 months for an appointment for my daughter. The morning of our appointment, I received a call that it was cancelled and was offered an appointment four months out. Do not waste your time here.

Told me to show up the day after christmas after messing up my original appointment in october having to pick up equipment at 7pm. Then gave me less than 24 hours to return the equipment or I would be fined, tell me the results would be in 3-7 business days. It's been an entire month, they don't pick up or return calls. Some of THE worst service i've seen, but it's becoming more common here in Albany.

Office staff are extremely rude and very loud. They act like u are a problem for asking simple questions or directions to their office. GPS brings u to wrong area completely.

No contact from sleep center after study. After about six weeks I got a call from a sketchy DME outfit based in Ohio, saying I had to give them my credit card in order to get an appointment with someone locally to get a CPAP. I refused to deal with people like that. I asked Albany Med Sleep Center to give me the prescription, which they refused. I had to settle for their promise to fax the RX to a locally based company.
