They were nice and friendly and polite and helpful and patient
Went in to see about a couple of hernias. Dr Davis did an amazing job with the procedure and follow up. Healing up great and thankful for him and his staff. Everyone has treated me in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend Albany Surgical!
What a refreshing, positive experience dealing with Dr. Davis and the team at Albany Surgical and the surgery center to get my long-standing hiatal hernia repaired. The staff at Albany Surgical was absolutely wonderful.
Yall need a new receptionist. She is absolutely rude as can be. I can understand and respect if yall have no food or drink signs posted on the entrance door . But telling someone no food or drink when no signs posted is something different. Also be more polite when you tell someone that. Also she was very disrespectful to an older lady while she was on the phone .
