Great place to live for seniors. The campus is beautiful and very clean. My Auntie moved here months ago and now is happier than ever. We are so delighted that she choose Albany Springs Apartments.It is a safe environment and it has lots of nice seniors on site.The staff and management is very nice and helpful.

My godmother thankfully is still able to live independently. I searched many different places for her in Dougherty County, and most were either way too expensive, or just didn’t look clean or safe. What did I like about Albany Spring? Well, it’s newer, it looks peaceful, there are some things for the seniors to do, and they can walk to the grocery store. As the relative of a senior resident I just want to thank the staff (Miss Jackie) for being so kind and responsive to all our needs. The property is beautiful, well maintained and secure. It’s so comforting to know that she is in such a great place. Thank you and keep up the great work!!
For the past few months I have been looking for somewhere to stay and stumbled across Albany Spring. I was about to give up and I seen from Oakridge Drive a set of colorful balloons and decided to drive over. It didn't stop at the balloons the property itself was clean and beautiful. I went to the Leasing Office and they had these beautiful pink Hydrangeas on their patio. Wow!!! I never new a Senior Community could be so inviting. My grandmother moved in about a 2 months ago and has loved the community every since she says she don't have to worry about young kids playing music because you have to be 62+. She can walkout her door and not be looking at cigarette butts on the ground because they are smoke free. They have a staff who is immaculate at their job in helping the senior get adjusted. My Uncle had to move out of his childhood home, due to decay and needed repairs. He was told to go to Albany Spring Senior Apts to see if he might like the neighborhood. Well he fell in love with everything, the staff, the location, the apartment and his new female neighbor. HAPPY !
I simply love the natural setting and calm, clean atmosphere these apartments are set in. From the upkeep in landscaping featuring the red roses collection to the inside of the apartment homes, with their level layout and the space for all tenants to have a personal garden of their own, it’s all wonderful and rarely seen in seniors apartments!!!
