Never called me back
We have been using Albany Pool Rebuilders for years now. They have been opening and closing our pool and have replaced our liner twice as well as our rails and ladder. Last year we needed to replace the pump and motor since ours was outdated. The guys came within days to install it and gave us a demonstration as to the operation of the unit since it was an energy saver motor and pretty much ran itself. I have used Albany Pool Rebuilders for several years. I have found Paul to be responsive to my needs. His price is fair. As a small business owner I know he is busy through out the day so I don't expect reply to my call or text until later in the evening, but he always responds to me.
