RecommendedThis is probably the best practice I have visited in Albany. Office staff is competent, courteous and prompt. Dr. Ricketson and staff are phenomenal. Speaking from someone who has been setting up physiatrist practices for over a decade my approval when I am a patient isn’t easily given and this group is top notch!!

I have been with them for 42 years starting with Dr Klemons then to Dr Ricketson that should tell you a lot about this office all in one!!! If I ever had questions I could contact them and got my answers or was scheduled for an appointment quickly!!!! I love Dr Ricketson he is my hero!!!! I really appreciate this office. I delivered my son back in 2013. They were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Andrew Michas and the staff goes OVER and beyond for their patients. Ms. Dawn is one of the beautiful nurses there and they offer so many great options for planning.
Well I just left there from my first visit. Dr Ricketson and Sara were so very nice and helpful! I cannot say enough great things about this place! Even from the moment of calling and setting up an appointment (it was so good to have a person answer the phone and not a machine ❤️) everyone truly cares about you! I will definitely be back!
