I will never enter through those doors again, full of incompetent, rude and unhelpful staff. You took the job and if you rude to people who are sick, then quit. Wonder how many people have died or been seriously injured there. Never did hear anything else about the guy they killed from positional asphyxiation while administration of psych meds. They all received training for that and all should be charged with negligent homicide.
So I'm in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Albany Medical center, a highly respected teaching institution, when a woman comes in to change the garbage bags out of my big trash cans, and she's wearing her mask below her nose! I have cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, and diabetes. And I think I'm the healthiest one on this floor. Because I really don't believe I belong in the ICU, andnd this woman walks in essentially wearing no mask. To me that's unconscionable. As I’m sitting in the waiting room of Mammography, I see a few people not familiar with the new process of taking a pager and waiting to be called. The check-in girls then tell them to take a pager and they will be with them shortly.
