I had a great experience with this practice. My Drs, Dr. Deverdis, Dr. Cohen & Dr. Grimes were wonderful, as were the med techs that took my vitals and the medical students that participated in the exams. I had no issues with the office staff. Follow-up care after my surgery was phenomenal! The nurses who respond to the post-op calls were very responsive, took my concerns seriously, and when they did not have an answer to my questions themselves, always followed up with the surgeon & got back to me by the end of the day. You can go to your appointment 15 minutes early and still wait to be seen at least 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. What should be a half hour at most appointment turns into an hour and a half with just waiting. Now you’re late to work or class and they refuse to give you a doctor’s note because “..we don’t do that here..”. I’ve seen Robin Knapp 3 times now and every time she asks “have I seen you here before?” I understand having to see a lot of people every day all day, but please try to pretend to know yo... read more

My visit with Dr. Redhunt today was the worst one, I had stomach pain, after all tests I was being told that I am all set after spending an hour. I was almost at my home and I called back by doctor to come back to hospital. I thought something serious came up in my tests which she already told me were negative before I left first time. When I came back she told me my pregnancy test was negative and I can also schedule ultrasound for my stomach!!!! I’d give zero stars if I could. This place is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. From the check in process, to the lack of clarity throughout every appointment, they make everything as hard to navigate and understand as possible. Would never come back if that was an option.
