My surgeon is phenomenal, but the nurses here do not care about you and you have to continually ask for help/items you need for hours, my roommate was saying the same.They act completely irritated that you need help and Karen, nurse, walked out of the room while I was talking to her

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with them. I scheduled an appointment with them for my annual check up, but prior to this, I had some concerns that I may have a UTI or kidney stones. Instead of being referred to a doctor who could look into my issue further, I was told to take some anti-biotics and go to urgent care if I had severe symptoms, which ok will do. I wish the receptionist and people at the desk weren't so rude. Don't bother communicating through the MyChart because you will NOT be answered. No one picks up the phone, there's no communication between the front desk staff and doctors/nurses. Its a shame because I actually found a doctor that finally *listened* to me...

This is a chaotic, unfriendly, and very unprofessional practice. During my first appointment with a Dr. who I will not name, I was told that because my shoe size is small, when I were to become pregnant, I would have to have a c-section. I have read many research studies on this and it is patently untrue. Height and shoe size do not correlate to the opening of the pelvic bones, which actually determines the ease of natural birth.
