Father in law was admitted for a stroke, less than 24hrs later the doctor wants to discharge him because he doesn’t need to be there anymore. But both nurses told us that he shouldn’t be discharged at all and he needs to be moved to a different wing. My husband has called 5 times in 24hrs to speak to his doctor to get updates and no call back. Doctors are supposed to be working with families to discuss treatments not ignore them. This is why hospitals get sued.
Do not go to this hospital it needs to be shut down. Don't trust your family or friends here.
I had a breast biopsy done in Albany Medical Breast center in Wilton. The Biopsy was botched! They cut a vessel in my breast on August 6 2025, and I am still bleeding on October 23. Albany Medical had the nerve to send me a bill for $305.00. I have called Anthony M. In the complaint department many many times. No Answer! Left messages, no response! So I sent an email. No answer. Does this guy get paid for this job. I don't feel that I should have to pay for Albany Medical to hurt me!
Albany Medical Center went above and beyond during my dad’s final 29 days. The staff treated him and our family with such compassion and kindness. My mom still keeps the stuffed animal they gave Dad — a touching reminder of the care and comfort they provided during a very difficult time.
I hate this hospital so much they faver know I need to go home because I am in so much pain I was discharged and they said I have to wait till the morning for a medical cab and and have to wait till 7 am for a cab to be called and that is a lie because I saw and heard 2 people get cab info at what time is it? 12am and they didn’t get me any cab info all they show is favoritism!!!!!!!!
