It’s a shame this big hospital is so dirty, that you are so scared to get a bacterial infection or worse. Some nurses are so rude, don’t have compassion. I won’t recommend it to anyone! Worst emergency room ever!!!!!
Zero stars! The only hospital in the Capital Region with an Anti-Customer Service program. Trust me, they do NOT want you as a patient!! Especially the "Department of Medicine". I have never seen a group work so hard to get me to stop being a patient. There to give a urine sample? 30 minute wait. Etc. STD testing without knowledge or consent. Etc. Never a promised follow-up call. No accountability either. "You see sir, with our computer system, we cannot _____(anything to accomdate special circumstances)____."
Fantastic experience. Sprained ankle taken care of. 5/5 valet with Matt 5/5 quickness, got in 820p, left 10p Kind, deeply professional x-ray tech James was an A+ nurse, absolutely loved that dude
