If I could give this zero stars and /or half a star I would. Never in my life have I had such horrible care. Call bells on at all times , d/t nurses never coming to. In the time I have been here I’ve been In so much pain. I know my body and what works for it , one doctor consulted acute pain control. And they said to continue with pain regimen. My father is in the ER with sepsis and I've been trying to get just a quick update on his condition for TWO DAYS. Placed on hold, hung up on, operators who can't even remember the patient's name for 30 seconds, given "call back in 20 minutes" only for yet again nobody to pick up. You name it, they've done it. This is a disgrace.
This is a great hospital, they give you space for you to live as long as you want to which includes a bed room , kitchen (with plenty of food) Everyone is very supportive and helpful !
