This was the worse experience ever. The security upon discharge is rude. They will not speak to you with kindness if you are a minority. After spending 3 days in the hospital and experiencing terrible back pain the hospital staff did not walk me out to the front to show me where to go to receive a cab. I asked security where is my cab going to call and they could not direct me. One security told me I can pay for a cab as if my question was regarding payment. Saved many of my family members lives including one recently. They are very caring, they’re a teaching hospital and have a great oncology unit
I had day surgery on 3/29/26. Everyone I encountered were professional, caring, thorough and above all kind and understanding. From the security guard, staff we passed, check in girl, pre op, anaesthesia dept, doctor and team!!! My surgery went well, they answered all my fears and concerns. It was an amazing experience! Keep doing what you do, you made a huge impact and truly do not get enough thanks!!!!
If you can go to any other hospital do it this place is filthy I was in the e.r waiting area for 14hrs when I was transferred from another hospital and I was told there was a room available for me considering they had all the information they needed then I proceed to not be given food or water for 48hrs since they wanted to do testing but they kept getting moved around the only clean and handled correctly situation here that I experienced was in ultra sound again this place is falling apart dirt buildup along the walls and f... read more
