The staff is prenatal care I received was actually really awesome which is why I transferred my care from Cobleskill to this facility. However; I have sadly had to move out of state. I filled out my release form two weeks prior to an appointment in my new state. When I called the new doctor the day before to verify my records were received they still had not received them. Great team & care, very clean and well-run, super friendly both in ER and Observation unit-- all around great.
My 6 months old baby was vomiting everything she drinks or ate. We had no idea what was going on with her. She vomited five times one night, so we took her to the pediatric ER. The people that work there are unbelievable! My 6 months old was starving! Nothing was in her stomach. She was very fussy and crying the whole time, and to my surprise, they checked us in and let us sit in the waiting area for over three hours! Labor & Delivery Department are very wonderful! Very caring, attentive to their patients. I gave birth in Albany Med to my daughter 4 years ago and will be giving birth here again. I was sent in for monitoring recently and they were on top of me and truly made me feel like they cared for my health the nurses were amazing and so were the doctors. I would definitely recommend this Labor & Delivery Department.
My daughter went there last night. Stayed 2 hours in the ED. No doctor, no nurse attended to her. She had to leave in pain. What a shame. Very disappointing
