My sister was taken to the hospital she was placed in I C U she has passed on.all of the staff were rude and disrespectful You should pray for forgiveness, learn to have compassion. I worked at Albany med a while ago and never heard the things I was hearing shame on your workers.
A friend has been there since 9 am waiting for a room in the emergency room, sitting in a wheelchair in the hallway. It is now 2 am (the next day). He has a sepsis infection and they are completely ignoring him. I had to speak to three people before I could reach the charge nurse Skylar. But she was not "available." Left her a message. Let's see when or if she will call me. Or better yet, help my friend.
This review is about the 35 Hackett Blvd. Ear, Nose and Throat office. First, Dr. Foyt is a good doctor. Patient and understanding. However, the staff at 35 Hackett Blvd. are very concerning. They are rude to a fault, unaccomodating and completely unprofessional. I was told that I couldn't walk-in an office upon check out and rudely looked at when the employee needed to get my information from the printer. Her attitude made me never want to come here again.
My daughter was admitted to Albany Medical center ICU department in April of 2018 for a Massive sub massive saddle pulmonary embolism, she was just 17 years old and also suffered a nstemi and a stemi, she was near death. My daughter received top quality care from the entire staff. Dr. Amit Nautiyal was her doctor and he was one of the best doctors ever. If there were a number offered for review/rating of Albany Med lower than one I would definitely and with both full confidence and experience award it to this so-called ‘medical’ establishment. In fact Albany Med was hazardous to my health the entire eleven days I spent there as a patient with a rare form of pneumonia.
