My name is James Graczyk and I had a heart biopsy on Friday 8/16/24 at 8:30am in the cathlab. Unfortunately, I forgot to get my care nurse’ name but wanted to give her a 5* rating for her treatment of me today. I couldn’t have asked for better. She was tall, slender with blonde hair and took great care of me while there. Everyone there including the techs and doctors were fantastic but my nurse was the best. Hope she gets proper credit for this.
Idk what's going on there, I know they have long (3hr+) wait times and frequently have shortages of beds, but do they even read patient charts and records when they come in? My dad has had severe heart issues for many years and has been a long time patient of AM, his cardiologist is there, but last week he went in with heart attack symptoms and whoever was there said he was fine and released him.
