Astonishingly poor service with callous indiffererce to the needs of those seeking help. The staff stops the moment the clock says noon to 1:00 and then again at 4:30. They will literally drop on the floor whatever they are holding at those times and walk away. In the annals of poor health care service these employees are record holders. I had my referral and previous records transferred to them- They were supposed to call to schedule an appoinment but never did, even after repeated reminders. Forget it you’ll never get an appointment the hospital and all the subsidiaries cannot communicate with each other because they all have different computers systems so they have to fax back-and-forth and you never get anything done. It’s impossible. Do not get sick in the north east no matter what if you get sick, you get old, move away from upstate New York
As a prior patient of ALbany spine & pain -dr azam made my visit extremely uncomfortable to say the least. Never addressed my concerns for managing my pain at all. Care and concern were not a priority with this office. Poor notes were taken by “student” when dealing with specific details- nurse brought this to my attention. I do not recommend ALbany medical spine & pain center for any w/c or complex cases. Dr steindler is nothing but a Quack of a Doctor! Hes so unprofessional that he discussed all of his other patients including their names, ages and conditions over the phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and my partner. If you ask me that's a HIPAA violation! Transfering to st Peter's ASAP!
