I stopped in at the urgent care down the road from this one exactly one minute before their patient in-take cut-off time of 7:30pm, I was told they could not see me. In pain and a bit disappointed, I drove to AlbanyMed Urgent care (this location) and was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. It was my first time there, completed the paperwork in a jiffy (we all know how much it sucks to do paperwork whilst in pain) and within 20 minutes I was called in. No sign saying you can wait hours, then a person with an appointment comes in and the take them first
Loved the care i received here! The receptionist was very nice, i was seen quickly and the medical staff was caring!
