Had to come to urgent care unexpectedly tonight. Everyone was quick and kind, made the experience easy. They even set me up with the closest open pharmacy since mine was closed.
Phone number tells you they’ll see you and bill you later, people at the counter tell you they’ll have no idea who you talked to and they never said that.
Every single staff member we interacted with was both incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Bringing two small kids to the doctor unexpectedly solo can feel overwhelming, and this office and staff made the experience truly wonderful. Thank you!!
Waited an hour just for the PA to tell me she can't do anything else, despite my head being in really bad pain. Terrible service bro.
