I am very unhappy when we first came in staff was very unfriendly and seemed very unprofessional then waited longer than anyone else in the waiting room. As I wait they made fun of my name and when I’m in the actual room to get the help I need I overhear them talking about my name and how funny they found it I am very unhappy and will not be coming again no matter what very unprofessional.
The X-ray technician was nice. Everything else about this location left more to be desired. And they charge way more than a specialist medical center.
I went in on a Monday afternoon, about 3PM, and it only took about an hour from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out. I filled out a couple of pages of basic paperwork (you'll need your insurance card/info, and your pharmacy info). The front desk lady (I didn't get her name, but she had short brown hair and glasses), was so nice. She was friendly, to the point, and informative about what releases I was signing.
