They were very professional, kind and competent. Owen and Bridget were especially great..
Was here last night thinking I had strep that turned out to be strep and covid! Yay! Anyway, the front end staff was super pleasant even though there was a man in there being extremely belligerent and rude, hurling threats at them, etc. It's an urgent care, of course there's gonna be a bit of a wait sometimes. But I showed up at 7:30 when they close at 8, they had me back within 10 minutes and did all the tests I asked for. I choose this location every time I need to go to urgent care for me or my kids.
I’ve been to this location a few times prior to today. I have had a great experience every time, especially today. Going to the doctor is not fun, the staff and medical professionals make it pleasant and seem to really listen and want to help.
Bridget Desmarais is amazing! Super attentive and caring.
Paula is terrific. Professional, kind and great at her job.
