Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did this Provider let you know upfront what the approximate cost of the services would be? No Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care? The staff could have done a lot more to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
