Dr Zhu and her staff are the best.
Communications is horrible. I had to call and email multiple times just to schedule ct scan. Been over a week, doctor doesnt even call with results. No one called to check in at all after visit. Not gonna waste time or money going back for follow up in 2 months. They obviously dont care
If your not open at 7:30am then why make appointments at 7:30am?
Care has literally gone in the toilet with their new software and lack of ability to function. Can't even get blood work or ordered medical test....sad state of affairs.
Absolutely the worst Dr. of any kind I’ve ever been to. Additionally, I’ve left 12 messages for Heather in Scheduling to make an appointment for a test my colorectal surgeon needs based on a referral from their Dr. Finnegan and not one response! Awful communication and very bad experience with Dr. Finnegan. You can try, but don’t hold your breath waiting for a response!
