We can’t speak to the care. Despite 5 calls to them to schedule an appointment NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO RESPOND. If this is how they treat prospective patients, I don’t want to be one of theirs. Absolutely unprofessional
Providers are nice and knowledgeable. Check-out takes far longer than the actual appointment
It's impossible to get an appointment scheduled here. I'm an established patient and received two letters last October telling me to contact them for an appointment. I've called repeatedly to schedule an appointment, I always end up on hold for 5 minutes and then I'm shuffled off to someone's voicemail where I'm told to leave my name and number so they can call me back.
