The dentist was very kind. Even so, it is difficult to get appointments and the wait is long. If you miss an appointment due to illness your teeth will suffer as a new apt is a very very long wait. The reason I need to give a rating on “1” is due to the staff blaming a patient for not booking a long enough appointment for a crown. Since when is this a reasonable excuse for failing to treat a patient? Then she canceled the appointment to push us past the date they stopped accepting CIGNA. I had toast with jam this morning and one of my teeth responded with excruciating pain. I called my dentist and they saw me at 9am and by 9:40 the filling was done. I can't thank them enough for fitting me in and taking care of my tooth pain so quickly. Also they used something that blocked the pain that wasn't novocain and it's nice to leave the dentist office with out the feeling your whole face is numb. Thanks again!!
Just an awesome office. Genuinely cares about their patients well being. After my original dentist retired, had to find a new one, and I’m glad I found them.
