I got some help from here so I'm grateful however what’s frustrating is the documentation I got was unable to give me the help I needed so i called and the phone receptionist wasn’t helpful wouldn’t transfer me to get help and kept repeating well we can’t help you I'm not transferring you and saying Im unable to be seen its like you hit rock bottom and meet people like her who dont care
They have really great therapist doctors and counselors they have Helped me cope with many different issues and provide me with The best coping skills and have a wonderful staff very friendly caring supportive.

Walked out after 10 plus years today and immediately found someone else. After missing a few appointments because I was having health problems my doctor of 4yrs whom I’ve never experienced an issue with cut all my meds in half. He us d my meds that haven’t changed in over 8yrs to punish me. I’ve worked as a peer specialist for 6yrs and have advocated for hundreds of people as well as myself once I found my voice. Rude!!! I called Desperately looking for Help to find neuropsych testing and the woman who answered on 4/28/25 at 9:15 am said "Sir, I cannot help you. Have a nice day..." ...AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! That is NO way to treat someone with mental health issues who is LOOKING FOR HELP. That woman has no business answering that phone line. Anyone looking for mental health-related help should avoid this place at all costs! Maybe County Executive Daniel P. McCoy can go to that office and give her a good talking to.
