Just go anywhere else run away as fast as you can
I’m concerned this is the place we have to advocate for the mental health. My therapist recommended this awful place. They don’t take you for walk ins and don’t follow up with phone calls. Someone could be in a crisis without medication and they could end up dead before getting help from this place. Staff is very rude. Please find a new job if you don’t like the field.

Cannot even give it a star since the OMH Finance Dept. is awful!
messed up my meds with 3 antipsychotics that a second opinion said could be CAUSING my new symptoms… sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy and told me i had already picked up this medication, and will not help me wean off anything. place sucks and the staff is stupid/just doesn’t care about their patients.
