I have the BEST therapist and prescriber!!
Walked out after 10 plus years today and immediately found someone else. After missing a few appointments because I was having health problems my doctor of 4yrs whom I’ve never experienced an issue with cut all my meds in half. He us d my meds that haven’t changed in over 8yrs to punish me. I’ve worked as a peer specialist for 6yrs and have advocated for hundreds of people as well as myself once I found my voice. Rude!!! I called Desperately looking for Help to find neuropsych testing and the woman who answered on 4/28/25 at 9:15 am said "Sir, I cannot help you. Have a nice day..." ...AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! That is NO way to treat someone with mental health issues who is LOOKING FOR HELP. That woman has no business answering that phone line. Anyone looking for mental health-related help should avoid this place at all costs! Maybe County Executive Daniel P. McCoy can go to that office and give her a good talking to.
This agency doesn't even know what time a person should arrive in order to get an assessment done. Just another example of people not knowing how to do their jobs! Pathetic
Just go anywhere else run away as fast as you can
