Absolutely nasty people who don't have empathy for those who suffer mental illnesses and can't do something as simple as tell the truth about what time meds were ordered and request prior authorization after being asking so many times. These are should be ashamed of themselves. Nasty people. The receptionist is a nasty women and her boss is just as heartless.
