Very rude, wouldn’t come to the gate to even look at my car and had very poor customer service!!!
The owner is a crook that makes a living off selling bad parts and lying to customers about their 30 day money back policy. I was sold a radiator, without the screws, a nd the radiator cracked. I would have settled for half my money back since the owner was blaming me for the radiator cracking, but he refused to refund me any money back. I would NOT recommend anyone to be ripped off.
Sometimes people think it's all about them and give bad reports. Car parts come in all shapes, sizes and conditions. If you are INEXPERIENCED as I am COMPLETELY SURE another customer was and doesn't know a bolt from a tire. Albany Auto Salvage does Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars of business each year and are EXCELLENT AT IT! Feel confident when buying from Albany, don't worry about one ditz that wants a part for free, delivered and installed. If there was a real problem, Albany Auto Salvage would have fixed it.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ASSURED THEY HAD THE PART I NEEDED, BUT CAME TO FIND OUT THE PART WAS BUSTED. I CALLED BEFORE TIME AND THEY LIED SAYING 2 PEOPLE WERE AHEAD OF ME, I GET TO THE PLACE AND THEY SAID I HAD 3 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. THEY WASTED MY WHOLE DAY WHEN THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THE PART WAS BUSTED. ESPECIALLY WITH THE PART BEING ON THE SIDE WHERE AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISGUSTING, LACK OF HELP FROM EVERYONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!
