PA-C Kelsey Leder has terrible manners,rude and curt.Not at all caring. She needs some training dealing with patients.
I'm very disappointed with the callback response time. I left several messages for my doctor three weeks ago after being hospitalized and another message the second week of May. The nurse is just now returning my call after being notified by another provider. Please do a better job with communication because people lives are at risk.
