I was treated unfairly, and I want to talk to someone on a higher level
These are worst place in Albany. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Especially that Glover’s dental on Gillionville road. The staff is very unprofessional and have terrible customer service. The office manager is.a joke. They lie about things they should have done for the patients. They gossip about patients business. They need training on confidentiality, Hippa, and patient privacy. I am unsure why the staff at EAMC are rude and unkind. I imagine it is poor management. I have been a patient there 3 times and left after dealing with the people there became impossible. This last time when I first started back the people seemed friendly and kind. They have slipped back to the reason I left 2 times before. This time I am sick and need a good doctor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK RUDE!! I WORK AT A VERY FRIENDLY DENTAL OFFICE AND WE COULD NEVER DO NOT COME HERE (Oakridge Dental) PRICES THE SAME AS NON MEDICATE OFFICES.
I was referred to this clinic from my Primary Dr. for foot surgery. This Dr. Okonkwa was very rude to me and my husband after making me wait 2 hrs past my appointment time. She came in the room barely looked at my foot then asked if I smoked cigarettes and I said yes. She then informs me she will not be doing my surgery or surgery on anyone that smokes and told me that I could see myself out.
