I am unsure why the staff at EAMC are rude and unkind. I imagine it is poor management. I have been a patient there 3 times and left after dealing with the people there became impossible. This last time when I first started back the people seemed friendly and kind. They have slipped back to the reason I left 2 times before. This time I am sick and need a good doctor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK RUDE!! I WORK AT A VERY FRIENDLY DENTAL OFFICE AND WE COULD NEVER DO NOT COME HERE (Oakridge Dental) PRICES THE SAME AS NON MEDICATE OFFICES.
I was referred to this clinic from my Primary Dr. for foot surgery. This Dr. Okonkwa was very rude to me and my husband after making me wait 2 hrs past my appointment time. She came in the room barely looked at my foot then asked if I smoked cigarettes and I said yes. She then informs me she will not be doing my surgery or surgery on anyone that smokes and told me that I could see myself out. Overall, good service if you need affordable options for mental health service overall. For communication, it will be best to keep your provider’s, at that time, contact information to be able to contact directly if dealing with any medicine/personal issues. For therapy, you may get an appointment further than wanted due to the affordability of the service, especially for testing. Jasmine, great customer service in person and over the phone.
Very rude. Didn't care about as they say customers. Dr Somali was hard to deal with and wouldn't listen to the problems I was having. Wouldn't give me a sliding scale and had me on way to much insulin. Glad I got kicked out of the practice Americus is so much better.
