I love this place
My son was in crisis for more than 24 hours. We went to the crisis center at 10:00 Tuesday morning, waited for two hours, not one person came through the waiting area except for a nurse that was leaving. He went to the back to find help for us and was unsuccessful. We left and started trying to call, five phone calls later I decided to take my son to Phoebe's emergency room. This place is a JOKE!! If I could give it a negative rating I would!!! They admitted a family member of mine and her clothes were stolen. We were asked to bring her clothes and other personals, and we did on two different occasions. She did not receive her things until the day before she was released and the day of. Everyone that works here is rude and incompetent. This is not my only negative experience with this place, just too much to type I would not reccomend this place to anyone!!!
Just like everything in this town this is NO WHERE you want to go. Full of excuses and trappings for the city to make money at the expense of the poor and disabled.
